What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFs are encouraged to apply)
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to enthusiastic new graduates
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to inclusive education
- Ability to work in-person for the full school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain thorough documentation
- Provide resources and strategies for teachers and families to facilitate communication development
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
