Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Overland Park, KS

Key Qualifications:
- Valid, active State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
- Experience and proficiency with AAC devices and strategies
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Comfortable engaging in teletherapy sessions when needed
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- CCC certification is a plus, but not required
- Ability to begin promptly with rapid interview and offer process
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans, focusing on student strengths and growth areas
- Implement AAC interventions and ensure effective student communication support
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate inclusive educational experiences
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation as required by school policies
- Leverage both in-person and virtual platforms to ensure continuity of services
