What we're looking for:
- SLP or SLP Clinical Fellow (CF) with active state licensure
- Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) required
- Background in school-based SLP roles, especially teletherapy and/or in-person settings
- Focused skillset working with elementary-aged students
- Ability to interview and start quickly
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to elementary students
- Evaluate and implement AAC systems for student communication
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Contribute to a positive, encouraging environment focusing on student success
