Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Osseo, MN

Skilled Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for the upcoming academic year, working across two locations with a caseload of 30–45 students at varying grade levels. These roles are essential in helping learners unlock their communication potential and thrive in their educational journeys.
Positions are available at both the elementary and middle school levels, with assignments based at a .8 FTE role in one elementary school and a 1.0 FTE split between two middle schools. The contract runs from September 8, 2026, through June 10, 2027, averaging 37.5 hours per week.
Ideal candidates will offer the following:
- Current Tier 3 or Tier 4 SLP license plus a valid SLP school license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience providing speech and language services in school settings
- Knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of 30–45 students
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and administrators
- Commitment to fostering positive learning outcomes and inclusion
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech-language therapy and interventions in individual and group formats
- Conducting assessments and reporting results clearly
- Developing, implementing, and updating IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Tracking student progress and documenting services provided
- Consulting and collaborating with teachers and parents to support student goals
- Participating in meetings and professional development
