Speech Language Pathologist in Anoka, MN
A fulfilling contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on student success. This position begins September 8, 2026, and continues through June 10, 2027, serving a middle school caseload of approximately 30–45 students. You’ll impact students’ lives by delivering essential speech and language services in a supportive and collaborative school setting.
Qualifications:
- Active Tier 3 or Tier 4 SLP license for schools required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred (open to Clinical Fellows; supervision available)
- Previous school-based SLP experience or strong clinical fellowship background
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ needs
- Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and interventions for students with speech/language and communication needs
- Conduct assessments, create service plans, and monitor progress
- Complete required documentation and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student learning and growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, report development, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for school speech-language services
This position offers a 1.0 FTE schedule (37.5 hours/week), working across two supportive middle school environments. The school is open to strong CF candidates with supervision provided.
