Embark on a rewarding assignment supporting students’ speech and language development in vibrant school communities near Minneapolis, MN. Two contract-based opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to make a difference in elementary and middle school settings during the 2026-2027 academic year.
You’ll collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, helping students communicate with confidence and achieve academic success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Tier 3 or 4 SLP licensure with school SLP endorsement
- CCC-SLP credential preferred
- Prior experience in a school setting strongly desired
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse student populations
Role Details:
- Contract duration: September 8, 2026 – June 10, 2027
- 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: 30-45 students
- Two positions:
- .8 FTE at an elementary campus
- 1.0 FTE split between two middle schools
- Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing IEP goals, delivering both individual and group therapy, maintaining documentation, and participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings
