Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid Tier 3 or 4 SLP license along with SLP school license, or eligibility in the state.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though Clinical Fellows will be considered if all licensure requirements are met.
- Experience working in school settings or with adolescents is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and fellow staff.
- Strong organization and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop IEPs tailored to student needs.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor progress and adapt strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records in accordance with district procedures.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
