Pediatric Middle School School Speech Therapist | Orlando, Florida

A full-time, onsite speech-language pathologist (SLP) position is available at a middle school in Orlando, FL, with hybrid work arrangements considered depending on experience. This role focuses on supporting middle school students with speech and language development, delivering specialized pediatric services in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for middle school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a related field.
- Current Florida State License as an SLP and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively.
