Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for Illinois SLP license
- Open to SLP-CCC professionals as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting the growth of elementary-aged students
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students within the elementary age group
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to required documentation guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff for comprehensive student care
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and ongoing professional development
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all students
