This full-time assignment (37.5 hours per week) welcomes both seasoned Speech-Language Pathologists and enthusiastic new graduates pursuing their Clinical Fellowship. You’ll work across 2-3 campuses, serving just one site per day—no shuttling between buildings during school hours. Your caseload will be diverse, including specialized day school students, high schoolers, and preschool walk-ins. This dynamic mix offers plenty of chances to enrich your skills and make a tangible impact on young lives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a CFY
- Background working with school-aged children or willingness to learn in a school setting
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and commitment to evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
