Speech and Language Pathologist in Orchard Park, NY

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Eligibility for New York State licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other related professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with individual education plans
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans, tracking progress throughout the contract
- Participate in IEP meetings as an integral member of the educational team
- Document services and student progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
