Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Florida SLP license required (CFs encouraged to apply, supervision provided)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience in educational settings is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners’ communication needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate, timely records of services and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary efforts
