Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license/certification, with ASHA CCC required
- Proven experience working with children and adolescents in school settings
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple ages and grade levels
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals in partnership with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Document student progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate clearly and regularly with parents, educators, and administrators
- Foster an encouraging learning environment that celebrates communication growth
- Travel between assigned schools as needed to serve students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
