Bring your expertise in school-based speech-language pathology to a rewarding contract-to-hire position supporting a caseload of approximately 50 students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. This full-time role is designed to cover a maternity leave assignment with hours from 7:45 AM to 3:50 PM, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while maintaining a predictable schedule.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students across Pre-K to 12th grade
  • Develop, write, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with district and legal standards
  • Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings with students, staff, and families
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to address student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
