Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students across Pre-K to 12th grade
- Develop, write, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with district and legal standards
- Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings with students, staff, and families
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to address student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
