Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Experience in school settings, working with Pre-K to 12th grade populations
- Familiarity with conducting evaluations and developing comprehensive IEPs
- Comfortable running and attending IEP meetings
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of around 50 students
- Complete student evaluations and progress monitoring reports
- Develop, write, and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Lead and participate actively in IEP meetings with educators, families, and support staff
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain up-to-date records and adhere to all regulatory policies
