Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Recent experience working in a school setting, preferably with Pre-K to 12th-grade students
- Strong skills in evaluation, documentation, and communication
- Proficiency in managing IEP processes, including evaluations, writing, organizing, and leading/attending meetings
- Collaborative approach and commitment to student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete speech, language, and communication evaluations for referred students
- Develop, write, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Participate in and lead IEP meetings, working closely with parents, teachers, and other staff
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in alignment with student goals
- Maintain accurate service records, progress notes, and compliance with school policies
