This full-time travel position places you in a supportive K-12 environment, with a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students. The role provides the structure of a four-day workweek (Monday-Thursday; 8.75 hours per day), giving you extended weekends for local exploration and personal rest. Your work will span the full 26/27 school year, starting as soon as possible, giving you plenty of time to develop meaningful connections with students and staff and to witness real growth and progress.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Current WA SLP state licensure or eligibility
- ASHA CCC preferred; open to strong Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
- Comfort working with K-12 students and diverse populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Deliver services directly to a caseload of around 45 students
