Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lacey, Washington

Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Washington SLP licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience working in educational or pediatric healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy, and communication skills
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a school-based environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Complete comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
- Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth and participation
