School Speech Language Pathologist - Olivehurst, CA
Step into an engaging part-time role serving elementary and middle school students with a focus on delivering high-quality speech and language services. Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current state licensure required
- Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Proficiency with SEIS or similar IEP management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise support personnel (SLPA)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload across elementary and middle school levels
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students as required
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to the assigned SLPA
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation using SEIS
- Case manage assigned students and collaborate with teams across two school sites
- Communicate regularly with school staff and families to support student success
- Attend IEP meetings and support compliance requirements
