Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Gridley, CA

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology as required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Experience with virtual/teletherapy service delivery is highly valued
- Prior use of SEIS or similar IEP management software is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive teletherapy speech-language services to elementary and middle school students across two sites
- Maintain and monitor student progress, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support an SLPA, ensuring compliance with supervision requirements
- Collaborate with onsite staff and families to coordinate student care and uphold IEP mandates
- Complete case management tasks, including documentation, IEP meetings, and SEIS use
- Attend virtual meetings and contribute to a supportive intervention team
