Your schedule is yours to create, providing flexibility to meet the needs of your caseload and tailor support for each student. You’ll collaborate with other SLPs, administration, and a soon-to-start SLPA, ensuring that resources are available and teamwork is prioritized.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Kansas SLP license (or license eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to create and adjust a flexible schedule across two campuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to a caseload of 60+ students
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage and prioritize caseload with support from a dedicated SLPA
- Travel between an elementary and high school campus as needed
