Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure for the state of Kansas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload of 60+ students
- Flexibility to create and adapt your own schedule to prioritize student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students at both assigned campuses
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and updating goals
- Supervise and mentor an SLPA as part of your support team
