Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students at two campuses: one elementary and one high school
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
- Work alongside school staff, families, and an SLPA (support beginning in 1-2 weeks)
- Address a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation per state and district guidelines
- Flexibly schedule campus visits each week based on student needs and caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings and support team-based student services
This assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through May 21, 2027, offering 37.5 hours per week. The district recognizes the large caseload and is actively growing support by onboarding an SLPA to assist SLPs across the district. You’ll have scheduling autonomy to best meet your students' needs while maintaining work-life balance.
