Qualifications:
- Current, valid KS SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a caseload of 50-60 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school personnel to support student goals
- Create clear documentation for progress, treatment plans, and required compliance reporting
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services and regularly monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
