Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with middle school or high school students
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students at both the middle and high school locations
- Evaluate, diagnose, and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student goals
- Maintain accurate and timely progress reports and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to educational planning
- Flexibility to adjust hours or split the position if part-time is preferable
