Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license (state-specific for DE, or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working in a pediatric, school-based, healthcare, or teletherapy setting
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and caseload management
  • Compassion for and understanding of diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to assigned students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
  • Support student growth through individualized interventions
