Essential Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Background in pediatric SLP services
- Experience delivering therapy in school settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy as an added benefit
- Previous work with preschool and/or autism populations preferred
- Outstanding communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records according to district and professional standards
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
