Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Oconomowoc, Wisconsin

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Skilled in providing assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy for diverse student populations
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology to deliver virtual services
- Excellent communication skills with students, families, and school colleagues
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and execute effective, individualized therapy plans in accordance with student IEPs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions on site and/or via teletherapy, as needed
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting interventions when necessary
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to team planning
