Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Beaver Dam, Wisconsin

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Comfort with both traditional and teletherapy service delivery models
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
- Deliver therapy in both group and individual settings, adapting techniques for in-person and teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and compliance with all required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning for student success
- Provide consultation and resources to parents and staff
