Licensed Certified School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oceanside, California

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current SLP certification and active licensure required
- Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
- Deep understanding of IEP procedures and compliance
- Ability to administer evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and formulate evidence-based goals
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to high school students
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
- Provide education and strategies to staff and family members to support student success
