Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Holds state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience supporting high school students in educational settings (preferred)
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and collaborative problem-solving
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs within a high school environment
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Communicate progress and participate actively in student support/IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote holistic student development
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
