Desired Background:
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist License (CA SLP License) required
- Accepting SLPs holding CCC, Clinical Fellows (CFY), and those with strong healthcare or pediatric experience
- Successful track record in educational or clinical pediatric settings a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse caseload of about 67 students ranging from middle to high school
- Work across two school sites, providing assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who supports therapy sessions 3–4 days per week
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all therapy sessions and student progress
- Contribute actively to school-based meetings and professional development opportunities
