Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Escondido, CA

What You’ll Bring:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License (CA SLP License)
- Background in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare preferred
- Certification in Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Experience delivering therapy to adolescents is a plus
- Commitment to collaborating with staff, teachers, and families for optimal student outcomes
In This Role, You Will:
- Serve a caseload of middle and high school students, working at two locations
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Engage in consultation and collaboration with educators, parents, and staff
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Document progress and maintain detailed record-keeping
- Benefit from dedicated SLPA support for therapy 3-4 days each week, with a manageable caseload of 67 students
