This contract opportunity is full-time and welcomes both Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who are passionate about working with children, especially within the elementary age range.

Desired skills & experience:

  • Eligibility to work as an SLP or SLPA (healthcare or school environments)
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP (CCC and CFY considered) or SLPA
  • Experience with teletherapy is a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Previous experience with school-based caseloads highly valued, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, primarily at the elementary level, with opportunities to support a K-12 caseload
  • Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement strategies that best support each student’s learning and communication needs
  • Consult with families and caregivers regarding therapy goals, progress, and at-home strategies
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development as needed
