Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students
- Complete assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, active California SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable working onsite across two school locations
- SLPA credentials not accepted for this position
