Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license and Speech-Language Pathologist Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, progress monitoring, and developing treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Teletherapy capabilities and comfort with virtual service delivery platforms
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and fellow education professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a K-12 setting
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs), document progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Deliver therapy sessions in person and/or via teletherapy, adapting services to meet diverse student needs
- Liaise with caregivers, teachers, and support staff to foster holistic support strategies
