- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Strong understanding of IEP documentation, assessment tools, and therapy techniques for speech/language disorders
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results and student needs
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services in a school setting
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement effective intervention strategies
- Track student progress, maintain timely documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
