Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for student referrals
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and related documentation
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social progress
- Maintain compliant records, progress notes, and reports in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Engage in parent meetings and student progress conferences as needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development
