Desired Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge in evaluation and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate reports and progress notes in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
- Adapt therapy approaches to suit diverse learning needs and environments
