Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CFY)
  • Previous onsite school-based experience is required
  • Competency in delivering therapy and assessments for children ages 3-12
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and goal setting
  • Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students on your caseload
  • Evaluate and assess communication disabilities for early childhood and elementary-aged students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Adjust interventions and support strategies to meet diverse student needs
