Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology services
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare environments
- Ability to provide effective teletherapy services using modern technologies
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver both in-person and teletherapy interventions as assigned
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team evaluations
- Educate students, families, and school staff on communication strategies and resources
