Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification required (CCC-SLP)

- Skilled in both individual and group therapy approaches
- Compassionate communicator, able to engage students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K-8 students
- Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Provide therapy tailored to varied needs, including augmentative and alternative communication
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff
- Document progress and adjust goals as needed to maximize student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on strategies for success
