School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Pottstown, Pennsylvania

This contract opportunity is designed for a Speech-Language Pathologist who holds, or is eligible for, an SLP license and a PDE Certificate (including those with Emergency Certificates). As a valued member of a collaborative team, you’ll provide dedicated speech and language services to students across a variety of communities within the greater Pottstown and Delaware County region. Your adaptability will ensure you’re able to support learners in the areas with highest need, while your expertise enhances their growth.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current or eligible PA Speech-Language Pathologist license
- PDE Certification or Emergency Certification accepted
- SLP-CCC preferred, with experience in school or early intervention settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort traveling between assigned service areas when necessary
- Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, direct therapy to students in the Early Intervention program
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Adapt to changing caseloads and service areas as needed to maximize student support
