Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct SLP therapy and intervention to elementary students as scheduled
- Conduct assessments, write and update IEP goals, and keep accurate records of services provided
- Address both new referrals and required makeup therapy, ensuring all mandated services are fulfilled
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
- Communicate progress, recommendations, and challenges with families and staff regularly
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines regarding student therapy
