Your Role:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students, addressing a range of communication challenges.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each student’s goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, keeping detailed records and making recommendations as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions.
- Provide engaging and innovative therapy sessions that foster skill development.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all learners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid credential as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CFY considered).
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IEPs.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for working with elementary-aged students.
- Ability to commit to staff hours from 8:20 am to 3:45 pm.
- Prepared to start for the first teacher day (8/24), with students arriving on 8/31.
