Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold or eligible for a valid Virginia SLP license
- CCC-SLP or CFY status accepted
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Comfortable working with K-12 students
- Ability to handle multiple school assignments and diverse caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Deliver direct therapy in line with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
