- Valid SLP license in Virginia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience working in school settings, with comprehensive knowledge of IEPs and student therapy plans
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents for student support and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, assessment records, and reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and education sessions
- Offer consultation and support to classroom teams to foster optimal learning environments
