Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Familiarity with IEP development, speech therapy documentation, and progress reporting
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and staff
What You’ll Do:
- Provide assessments, direct therapy, and progress monitoring for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
- Partner with educators, specialists, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation of sessions and student progress
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions in both individual and group formats
