Key Qualifications:
- Hold current Michigan licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC required)
- Experience in school-based settings, providing therapy for students in K-12
- Strong oral and written communication skills for collaboration with educators and parents
- Committed to delivering services onsite (no virtual/remote placements)
- Not accepting SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs) for this role
What You'll Do:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy in accordance with IEPs
- Assess, document, and regularly review student progress and goals
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all state and district requirements
