Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload of PreK-8th grade students
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with best practices
- Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success and growth
- Provide education and resources to staff and families as needed
