Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and team planning to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions and tailor approaches as needed
